A Service You Can Expect
We offer a free, no-obligation quoting service in the comfort of your own home. An experienced technician will visit you to gain an understanding of what you are looking to achieve, bringing along a number of catalogues and samples for you to choose from.
Once you have accepted your quote, we will get an installation date booked in that is suitable for you.
When your goods arrive at our depot, the products will be unpacked and thoroughly checked for damages. This is a good opportunity for you to see the products you have chosen to make sure they are right for you or make any last-minute changes. The products will then be repackaged and stored until work commences.
On your chosen installation date, your assigned customer liaison officer will contact you to confirm the start time and before any work begins, all flooring and immediate areas will be covered and protected. Our team will stay in contact with you throughout the process to ensure you are happy with the work we are carrying out.
On completion of the work, a final inspection will take place. Pictures and testimonials will be taken, along with your sign off, before our team leave the premises. We pride ourselves on an exceptional customer experience, therefore, after-care will still be in place following completion and your liaison officer will be available for any queries or issues you may have.
