We have a dedicated person dealing with every step of the way from initial contact to our final farewell. You’re not just paying for a bathroom, you’re paying for the experience. We know how stressful getting any work done on your lovely home is and we have developed a way of making it as stress-free as possible.

We work with some of the top suppliers in the market and use cutting edge bathroom design software to make your vision on paper, then use our combined skills to make it a reality.

Each one of our trades team are true craftmen. Our luxury bathrooms are fitted by trademen with no less than 10 years daily experience fitting high-end bathrooms. They are Artists in their field, hand picked or reared by the academy programme. They have the core value of ‘everything needs to be perfect’ for you, the customer (and because they wouldn’t sleep at night if they know they had done something wrong).

Because the customer we are currently doing work for is always first we never over stretch ourselves, meaning we have very limited spaces available each year.
